General Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. All returns must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  2. All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact and included.
  3. Final sale items, such as clearance products, promotional items, and flash sales, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Non-Quality Related Returns

For returns unrelated to quality issues, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The returned product must meet our return conditions (unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging).

Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned item.


Quality-Related Returns

If your product has a quality issue or was damaged during shipping, we will take prompt action:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, full refund, or send a return label for the damaged product.
  2. Wrong Items Delivered:

    • You may keep the incorrect item at a discounted price or request a replacement.

  3. Package Lost in Transit:

    • If your package is lost, contact us with your order details. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

  1. Before Shipment:

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charge.
    • After 24 hours, cancellations may incur shipping or handling fees if the order has already been processed.
  2. After Shipment:

    • If the item has already shipped, cancellation will incur a $19 recall fee (for UPS ground shipping only).
    • Orders shipped via USPS or other carriers cannot be intercepted but may be refused upon delivery.
  3. Seller-Initiated Cancellation:

    • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability or other reasons. Customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
