Acovs Return and Refund Policy

At Acovs, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. To support your shopping experience, we provide a transparent and fair return and refund policy. Please review the following guidelines for eligibility and process details.


General Return Policy

  • Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
  • Eligibility Conditions:
    1. Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
    2. All packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact and attached to the item.
  • Exclusions: Promotional items, flash sales, clearance items, and products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Repackaging Fee: If the original packaging is not available, a repackaging fee of $45 will be charged.

Return Process

  2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue or our error.

  4. Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will exclude original shipping charges and any return shipping fees.


Non-Quality Related Returns

If the return is not due to a defect or error:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must meet the eligibility conditions outlined above.

For self-arranged shipping, customers are responsible for shipping costs and providing a tracking number to expedite the refund process.


Quality-Related Issues

If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or the wrong item was sent:

  2. Depending on the situation, we may:
    • Offer a partial or full refund.
    • Provide a replacement.
    • Send a return label for the defective or incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

  1. Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Contact us promptly with your order details to ensure timely processing.
  2. After Shipment: Cancellations are subject to a $19 recall fee for UPS Ground deliveries. For other shipping methods, you must reject the package upon delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  1. Damaged During Shipping: If you notice damage upon delivery, please reject the package and contact us immediately.
  2. Lost Packages: If the package does not arrive by the expected delivery date, check with neighbors and the shipping carrier. If unresolved, contact us to initiate a lost package claim.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
